4.  Ministering to the needs of the community and sharing the love of Christ and the good news of abundant eternal life in Christ. Matthew 28:18-20

• a welcoming place where the unsaved are safe, the seeker is guided to become a follower of Jesus, the follower is discipled, and disciples are mentored to serve in their areas of gifting by the Spirit.  

• a church where the Gospel is faithfully preached and taught.  

• a sending and supporting church with a true and meaningful stake in the Great Commission.  

• a church that is united in mission; that focuses on the core historic beliefs of Christianity as defined in our bylaws, and allows for respectful and loving disagreement on secondary questions.  ​
